Crustaceans
Crustaceans (Crustacea) are a very large group of arthropods. The group comprises almost 52,000 described species although the number of undescribed species may be 10–100 times higher. They include various familiar animals, such as crabs, lobsters, crayfish, shrimp, krill and barnacles.
The majority of them are aquatic, living in either marine or fresh water environments, but a few groups have adapted to life on land, such as terrestrial crabs, terrestrial hermit crabs and woodlice.
Crustaceans are among the most successful animals, and are in the oceans. Although most crustaceans are small, their morphology varies greatly and they include such large animals as lobsters and king crab. -
Exotic meats
Meat is animal flesh that is used as food. Most often, this means the skeletal muscle and associated fat, but it may also describe other edible tissues such as organs, livers, skin, brains, bone marrow, kidneys, or lungs.
The word meat is also used by the meat packing industry in a more restrictive sense—the flesh of mammalian raised and prepared for human consumption, to the exclusion of fish and poultry.
Our exotic meat line match the highest food standards (GMP, BRC, HACCP, FDA) and is fully compatible with the CITES regulations.
